At Atelier de Rys, each piece is made with intention — handcrafted, not mass-produced. This care extends beyond creation to the journey your order takes from our atelier to your doorstep.
1. Processing & Production Time
We offer two types of products:

Ready-to-Ship: Ships within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

Made-to-Order (including bespoke/custom pieces): Standard crafting time is up to 3 weeks. During holiday periods or high-demand seasons, this may extend slightly.
Once complete, your order is wrapped in our signature wax-sealed gift box and prepared for dispatch.

These estimates do not include production time and may vary due to customs, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
5. Customs & Duties
For deliveries outside the EU, you may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
6. Responsibility for Delivery 📦

EU Orders: In compliance with EU consumer law, Atelier de Rys remains responsible for your order until it reaches the shipping address provided.

Non-EU Orders: Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is handed to the carrier, unless insured. All our shipments include insurance for your protection.
If your parcel is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, we will investigate with the carrier. If it cannot be located or repaired, we will offer a replacement or refund, according to your preference.
7. Packaging
Every piece is presented in a luxury gift box — the unboxing experience is part of the Atelier de Rys story. Made to be remembered.
8. Address Accuracy & Delivery Restrictions

Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we cannot be held responsible for misdeliveries due to incorrect details provided at checkout.

We do not deliver to PO boxes or military addresses.
