2. Our Craft Philosophy

Atelier de Rys is dedicated to creating artisan-made, handcrafted goods, many of which are made-to-order or personalized.
Due to the nature of craftsmanship:

• Each product may vary slightly in colour, texture, or finish.
• Such variations are not considered defects but a mark of authenticity.

3. Eligibility

To place an order with Atelier de Rys, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and complete personal and payment information.
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

4. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

Your order is accepted once we confirm it via email. Until then, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the order.
In the event of a pricing or availability error, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel without charge.

5. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

• All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely via our approved payment providers.
• For orders shipped outside the EU, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your local authorities.
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

We ship to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to region, public holidays, customs, or external delays.
For consumer orders, risk remains with us until you or a person you designate receives the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently commission.
We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• For standard, non-personalized products, notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to withdraw, then send the goods back within 14 days after that notice.
• Goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from change-of-mind withdrawal. Standard goods are not excluded merely because they are made after you order. Rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
• Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel before dispatch. Production of personalized or bespoke goods may prevent cancellation, but this does not restrict any applicable statutory right of withdrawal for standard goods.

8. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, photographs, and specifications. However:

• Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or the natural characteristics of materials.
• Atelier de Rys reserves the right to update product details at any time without prior notice.
