Made by hand in Born, Netherlands. Full-grain vegetable-tanned leather sourced from Tempesti SPA in Tuscany — one of Europe's most respected tanneries. Hand saddle-stitched, edge-finished by hand. The money clip is stainless steel with a firm, reliable hold.
This is not a wallet that apologizes for being minimal. It is a minimal object that has nothing to apologize for.

Full-grain leather carries the complete surface of the hide — its natural markings, its grain, its character. Vegetable tanning, the oldest and slowest method, means the leather develops a rich patina over time that synthetic leathers never can. It does not wear out. It wears in. Over months and years, The Valen will develop a character that belongs only to you.
