The Loop is the simplest thing we make — and one of the most carried. A single fold of full-grain leather around a solid metal ring. Nothing added. Nothing wasted. It disappears into a pocket, softens with daily handling, and builds a patina that belongs entirely to you.

LEATHER & ORIGIN

Cut from full-grain vegetable-tanned leather sourced from Tempesti SPA in Tuscany, Italy. The same tannery behind every personally made piece at Atelier de Rys. Vegetable tanning means the leather responds to use — it stiffens slightly at first, then softens and deepens with time.

Available in two colourways:
· Nero — black, paired with a solid brass ring
· Marine — navy blue, paired with a gunmetal ring

PERSONALISATION

Initials can be embossed on the leather tab — up to 3 characters, at no additional cost. The Atelier de Rys mark is retained on the front. Leave your initials in the notes at checkout.

THE LEATHER

Full-grain vegetable-tanned leather is the least processed form of leather — nothing is sanded away, nothing synthetic is added. What you see is the hide as it was. Over time it develops a patina shaped entirely by use: the pressure of a pocket, the warmth of a hand, the passage of days. No two pieces age identically.
